DC – fiberglass Insulation panel – Locking system

Application: Environments where extreme demands are placed on hygiene, where aggressive chemicals are used, large mechanical impacts, including the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry.

Tried and tested: Over 30 years, the panel has been thoroughly tested in many different contexts and degrees of difficulty.

Assambly: Built-in locking system that ensures a tight vapor barrier, prevents water/dirt and bacteria in joints. Gives great disc effect in walls and ceilings which in turn minimizes costs for bearing steel.

Insulation: The PU/PIR foam insulates 60% better than mineral wool, does not absorb water.

Fire: inquire about the many possibilities

Sustainability: Panels with PU/PIR foam could be reused even after many years as the insulation remains intact. Overfladen af glasfiber kan nemt repareres. The surface of fiberglass can be easily repaired.

Fibreglass Insulation Panels with Locking System: Strength, Hygiene and Durability

These fibreglass insulation panels with locking system are designed for indoor applications where there are strict requirements for both strength and hygiene. Their surface is extremely easy to clean, water repellent and highly resistant to moisture and most chemicals, preventing mould and similar growth.

The panel is ideal for environments with extreme hygiene requirements and high mechanical impact, such as the food and pharmaceutical industries, hospitals, public institutions, clinical industries, wet rooms and swimming pools.

With over 30 years of experience and extensive testing in different situations, the panel has proven its reliability and durability.

The built-in locking system ensures a tight vapour barrier, preventing water, dirt and bacteria from entering the joints and reducing the need for additional load-bearing steel thanks to the high shear action in walls and ceilings.

The insulation, consisting of PU/PIR foam, insulates 60% better than mineral wool and does not absorb water, ensuring effective temperature control and protection against moisture damage.

For fire protection, the panel offers several options and it is recommended to enquire about the available solutions to suit specific needs.

The sustainability aspect is also important as the PU/PIR foam panel can be recycled even after years of use and the fibreglass surface can be easily repaired, reducing waste and contributing to more sustainable practices.
