DC – Thermopanel roof GL

Application: DC – The thermal panel is used as a roof construction in homes in areas with high wind draft, eg Greenland. The panel is finished with cement-based chipboard on the outside so that the roofing felt can be fixed mechanically.

Assembly: Built-in locking system that ensures a tight assembly that also contributes to stability.

Tried and tested: Over 10 years, the panel has been thoroughly tested in many different contexts and degrees of difficulty.

Vapor barrier: Vapor barrier is built into the panel.

Mould, fungus: The panel cannot contribute to mold and fungus formation

Insulation: The PU/PIR foam insulates 60% better than mineral wool, does not absorb water.

Fire: BS1Do, MK

Construction time: The roof of an ordinary detached house is erected in 1 day

Sustainability: Panels with PU/PIR foam could be reused even after many years, as the insulation remains intact.

Panels for housing and roof constructions

DC – The Thermo panel with locks is used as a roof structure in homes where there is a lot of draft, e.g. on Greenland. The panel has a super insulation that gives a very slim roof construction. There are no organics
materials in the panel, which eliminates the risk of mold and fungus in the panel. The panel contributes strongly to the green transition, as the CO2 contribution is very small / m2. The panel allows for a closed building on
very short time, so building moisture is minimized in other materials. The panel is particularly suitable for those roofs which must subsequently be finished with roofing felt.

The elements do not absorb moisture. When properly installed, they are considered airtight.

Sealant is applied to the edge of the panels, after which they are pushed together and locked by turning the locking key in the locking hole. The excess sealant is scraped away with the bottom of the silicone tube and the hole is closed with sealant.
