DC-Mineral wool panel, Roof

Application: All buildings where there are high fire requirements, but not freezer rooms.

Assembly: The panel is assembled with an overlap on the upper steel plate and fixed with through sandwich screws.

Tried and tested: Over 15 years, the panel has been thoroughly tested in many different contexts and degrees of difficulty.

Insulation Insulation core of mineral wool. Shear strength is achieved simultaneously with steel plate on the outside. Density, approx. 120 kg/m3, 14 kg/m3 on request. Capillary layer
Surfaces 0.6 mm galvanized steel sheet coated with 25 my polyester varnish – on both sides. ATTENTION! The safety film on the panel must be removed no later than 10 weeks after the production date
Assembling The panels are delivered with external overlap and internal tongue and groove assembly
Color The panel is supplied as standard with grey/white RAL 9002. If other colors are desired – contact DC-System

A well-tested mineral wool panel, where fire safety is given extra importance

DC – The mineral wool panel is a good solution when it comes to fire safety. The panel can be mounted on
any construction such as wood, steel and concrete. The panels are assembled so that thermal bridges are avoided. On the edge of panels, mineral wool is protected with a plastic film so that the insulation does not absorb construction moisture.
The panel is not suitable for freezer rooms.

The mineral wool panel is a good solution when it comes to fire safety. The panel is quick to install and is particularly suitable for industrial, agricultural construction and the like, where there are high requirements for fire safety. The panel can be attached to all substructures.
