A well-tested insulation panel that has high requirements for hygiene
The hygiene panel is particularly suitable for the food industry, as the panel can be mounted without using the traditional bottom rail that forms a counter flow.
This means that seeping water and dirt can run down to the floor unhindered. The panel is delivered with a bent edge at the bottom, so that a joint can be made between steel and concrete plinth/concrete floor.
Sealant is applied to the edge of the panels, after which they are pushed together and locked by turning the locking key in the locking hole. The excess sealant is scraped away with the bottom of the silicone tube, and the hole is closed with the enclosed plug.
The panel is mounted on a PEHD block or another special profile and a joint at the bent edges ensures that dirt does not penetrate the panel.
The hygiene panel enables assembly without using the traditional u-rail.
