DC – PU/PIR Insulation Panel – Burglary Protection

Application: Areas where goods with a high risk of burglary are stored and where there are also requirements for hygiene and ease of cleaning, including the storage of alcohol and tobacco.

Tried and tested: Over 30 years, the panel has been thoroughly tested in many different contexts and degrees of difficulty.

Assambly: Built-in locking system that ensures a tight vapor barrier, prevents water/dirt and bacteria in joints. Gives great disc effect in walls and ceilings which in turn minimizes costs for bearing steel.

Insulation: The PU/PIR foam insulates 60% better than mineral wool, does not absorb water.

Fire: inquire about the many possibilities

Sustainability: Panels with PU/PIR foam could be reused even after many years as the insulation remains intact.

Burglar Resistant Insulation Panels: Safety, Hygiene and Sustainability in Industry

These insulation panels with built-in intruder protection are designed to meet the needs of areas where there is a high risk of burglary and at the same time strict hygiene and cleanability requirements, such as alcohol and tobacco storage facilities. Their reliability and effectiveness has been proven and confirmed through more than 30 years of use in different environments and challenges.

The panels are equipped with a built-in locking system that not only ensures a tight vapour barrier, but also prevents water, dirt and bacteria from entering the joints. This not only contributes to hygiene, but also to reducing maintenance costs as it minimises the need for load-bearing steel thanks to the high shear effect in walls and ceilings.

The insulation, made from PU/PIR foam, outperforms mineral wool with 60% better insulation performance and is also water-repellent. This not only ensures effective temperature control, but also a long lifespan for the panel. Furthermore, the sustainability aspect adds to their appeal as the panels can be recycled even after many years of use, reducing waste and supporting more sustainable building practices. Overall, these panels offer a comprehensive solution that meets the safety, hygiene and sustainability needs of various industrial and commercial environments.
